AWLGRIP HDT POLYURETHANE TOPCOAT – PART “A” ONLY Awlgrip HDT (High Definition Technology) is a high performance polyurethane topcoat that combines hardness and micro-scratch resistance with repairability. Tailored to provide exceptional gloss, unrivaled appearance and superior protection. Spray application only. Do not use below the waterline. Product is sold by the quart and gallon.

MIX RATIO
Mix Ratio (by volume): 1 Part Awlgrip HDT Topcoat Base Component with 1 Part C0010 Awlgrip HDT Curing Solution (sold separately)Â and 12.5% Awlgrip HDT Activator (sold separately). Correct choice of activator must be made according to the application conditions and project size. Overall mix is 1:1:12.5% by volume.
Mandatory Induction Time = 15 minutes
General Temperature Guidelines for Activator:
59-73ºF – A0020
68-86ºF – A0015
86ºF+ – A0010
