AWLGRIP QUICK BUILD PRIMER BASE – PART “A” ONLY Quick Build Primer Base is used as the Base (Part A) in both the Quick Build Surfacer and Quick Build Sealer systems. Quick Build Primer Base is a Polyurethane Based system that can be tinted to closely match any topcoat color and greatly reduces the number of coatings required to produce an Awlgrip finish. Product is sold by the quart and gallon.
Quick Build Sealer System – Can be applied directly to certain substrates with no other primers required. Easy application system for preparation and application in a single day.
Quick Build Sealer Mix Ratio by Volume: 4 Parts Base : 1 Part Sealer Converter OU3100 (sold separately) :1.5 Parts Sealer Activator OA3110 (sold separately). No induction required. There is no need to reduce Quick Build. However, 5 to 10% Awlgrip Reducers (T0001, T0002, T0003, T0005) can be added to ease the application experience.
Quick Build Surfacer System – Can be applied directly to certain substrates with no other primers required, and can be overcoated without the need for sanding.
Quick Build Surfacer Mix Ratio by Volume: 3 Parts Base : 1 Part OU3200 Surfacer Converter (sold separately) : 1 Part OA3210 Surfacer Activator (sold separately). No induction required. There is no need to reduce Quick Build. However, 5 to 10% Awlgrip Reducers (T0001, T0002, T0003, T0005) can be added to ease the application experience.
