SCOTCH-BRITE SURFACE CONDITIONING DISCS – The unique open web construction of these discs delivers a uniform, consistent finish because it resists the loading and heat buildup that normally affect disc performance; they also work fast and reduce labor and material cost. These discs are designed to be used with the Scotch-Brite Disc Holder (PN’s 07492-07494 and 09450-09451) and attach safely and securely through the use of the 3M Scotchmate Dual Lock Fastening System. The larger and coarser discs have applications for coating removal and surface preparation of boat hulls. The smaller discs are used in cleaning and surface upgrading of boat propellers, as well as gasket removal. Disc holders sold separately. Sold by the individual disc.

Coarse Grade – Equates with a coated abrasive grit of 80 to 100
Medium Grade – Equates with a coated abrasive grit of 100 to 120 grit.
